The air bike is by FAR the most versatile piece of equipment for building fitness! Here’s why….

1. It requires very little to no skill to use making it accessible to ANY fitness level.

2. The athlete has complete control of their output allowing for a wide range of paces.

3. You can train any metabolic pathway from hard sprints to long aerobic training.

4. The resistance from the bike will also help build muscle in the arms and legs while also building cardiovascular endurance.

ITS HOT 🥵

I’m sure many of you have realized that summer is here! The heat can have a big impact on our training IF we don’t take necessary steps.

Step 1: Eat enough! 🍉 🍎 🥗 The heat can really suppress our appetite causing us to eat less in the summer months. However, if we’re still training the same amount we need those calories! Subbing out warm meals for colder foods is a good way to help get enough food in!

Step 2: HYDRATE! 💧 Especially in the dry desert heat it can be difficult to realize how much water we’re losing through sweat. A general rule for water consumption is about half of your bodyweight in ounces of water. Get yourself a BIG water bottle and fill it at least a couple times each day. Adding in electrolytes in the morning and post workout can aid in hydration as well!

Let’s stay on top of that stuff and keep our training on point through the summer 💪
